The modular design of the building and the steel self-supporting moment frame allow us that the walls in the modules are not load-bearing. Such a construction system allows us a flexible design and the possibility of upgrading facilities in the event of additional space needs.

The high level of pre-production in production also allows us higher control over the quality of executed details and solutions. In this way, we can also ensure a higher quality of the final building compared to conventional construction methods.
